Take Back Policy

The ARCHISONIC® Textile take-back programme applies to Acoustic Curtains Noren. To take part in the Re:Impact programme, contact us to coordinate the return of your curtains. A flat logistics fee of EUR 500 applies per returned curtain. Once the product has been received and inspected, the EUR 500 logistics fee is fully reimbursed if the curtain is in good condition and suitable for resale. The pre-loved Noren is then returned to circulation and made available to a new client. If the curtain is not suitable for resale, the logistics fee is used to cover repair or responsible recycling, helping keep valuable materials in circulation for as long as possible.
